Many of our Marbella clients are owners who split their time between countries. Our villa maintenance and property management services are built around exactly this — key holding, photo reports and a dedicated contact, so the property is cared for whether or not the owner is in Spain.
We also handle the more specialised side of garden care in Marbella: tree surgery and palm tree pruning, irrigation systems designed for the local climate, outdoor lighting for evening use, and preventive pest control, including red palm weevil inspection — all delivered by the same in-house team, not a rotating set of subcontractors.
